A: Dakota Prairie Bank offers a variety of online banking services. Retail On-line allows customers access their accounts 24 x7. From Retail On-line you can transfer money between accounts, sign-up for e-statements, enroll in check Free Bill Pay, or download our Mobiliti App.
The Mobiliti App offers easy access through your mobile phone or tablet. Included with the Mobiliti App is Mobile Deposit, which allows you to deposit checks from anywhere with your device.
Q: Can I speak to someone about my account by telephone?
A: You may call any of our locations during regular business. After a short verification process, our staff will be happy to give you account information or answer your questions.
Q: Are wire transfers possible to and from my Dakota Prairie Bank account?
Q: Are there fees to use my Advantage ATM/Debit Card?
A: When you use your Advantage ATM card for a cash withdrawal at an ATM displaying the Advantage Privileged status logo, to make a point of sale purchase, or to get cash back with a point of sale purchase, there is no service fee associated with the transaction. If you use your card at an ATM outside of the Advantage network, or at a non Privileged status Advantage ATM you may be charged a service fee for the transaction. Q: How do I sign up for Internet Banking?
A: You can self-enroll by completing the on-line application. From our home page, inside the Internet Banking section, make sure the “Retail Online” radio button is selected and click “Enroll Now”.
For security reasons, the Social Security number and e-mail address entered must match the information we have on file at the bank.
Business On-line customers, customers wishing to originate ACH transactions for business purposes, may contact any of our bank locations to complete the application process.

A: Retail On-Line access, e-statements, the Mobiliti App, and Mobile Deposits are free services offered to our customers.
There is a small monthly fee for Check Free Bill Pay.
Other fees may apply to Business Online customers for originating ACH files and check scanning.
